Walton Pond is a family-owned place for locals and visitors to spend time outside with family and friends.

Walton Pond is opening step by step. The grounds and store are now open. Much more is on the way.

We are working, getting permits, and making sure each part is ready before we open it.

The Store

The Store carries local and regional meat and poultry, dairy, bread, produce, baked goods, pantry staples, snacks, drinks, treats, and everyday groceries at reasonable prices.

Whenever we can, we will buy from local and regional farms, producers, and suppliers. The closer to Walton, the better.

The Grounds

Walton Pond is a place to spend time outside.

Visitors are welcome to walk the grounds, sit by the pond, and spend the day here.

Rods and bait are available for fishing.

Kayak rentals are coming soon.

A Note on Swimming

Swimming is not allowed right now. We hope to add swimming when regulations, insurance, and operations allow.

For Kids and Families

We want families to enjoy Walton Pond.

Children can explore the grounds, look for frogs and turtles, climb, build forts, and spend the day outside.

A play structure is underway. We are also making space for art projects and outdoor play.

Coming Soon

Stays and Camping

We are working on two short-term rentals and multiple campsites. We hope to welcome our first overnight guests this summer.

Events

We plan to host community gatherings, concerts, and seasonal events.
